With the new Clubhouse, the Lockbox will be located will inside the Southeast door of the cart barn. If you choose to use the Lockbox, place cash or check inside an envelope with your name written on it.  You can also mail payment to the Cart Barn Coordinator or make other arrangements.  If paying by check, make payable to "LMGA" or "Loveland Mens Golf Association".  The Cart Barn rental is still $120

This form will be provided here as a courtesy to save unnecessary trips to the Pro Shop. You may printout and complete the form and return it to the Pro Shop .  If paying by check, make payable to "City of Loveland".
