The LMGA Lockbox is now located in the Cast Barn on the inside wall of the Southeast cart barn door. You can now join or renew your LMGA membership, which includes your CGA/USGA membership, in the following ways:

1) Fill out and mail the form and check (made out to "LMGA") to the LMGA Treasurer at

2) You can also pay by cash or check by arranging a meeting. Just email, call or text the LMGA Treasurer to arrange time/place or by placing payment in an envelope and putting it into the LMGA Lockbox.

3) You can also pay at the spring LMGA meeting. Additionally, we will have a regular one night a week that you can join in the Big Fork restaurant/snack bar. This option will only exist for a limited period of time starting after the spring LMGA meeting. Weekly day(s) and time(s) will be announced here.

To utilize the mail-in process –
Step 1 - Get the LMGA Membership form. It is contained on the File Share page, in the Membership Forms folder.
Step 2 – Fill out the form.
Step 3 – Make check out to “LMGA” for $65 (If over 70 years of age- $55)
Step 4 – Mail check and completed form to LMGA Treasurer as described on the form
Step 5 – Please send an email (for new or account being deactivated in less than 4 days,) to
**Note** You can skip filling out the form if you send all of the info in the form by email to Treasurer
Step 5– Optional based on the circumstance - If requested, the Treasurer will send an email informing you once your check has arrived
Note: if the check has not been received in a reasonable time, the Treasurer will contact you to verify payment was sent.
